    • Develop strategies to increase the visibility of university contributions and collaborative projects within the industry.
  4. Implement ClickUp as a Management Tool:
    • Utilize ClickUp for better organization and management of university contacts, EU-funded projects, and WEGEMT activities.
  5. Posts and University Publications:
    • Regularly update the WEGEMT webpage to showcase university publications and collaborative achievements.
  6. Organize Workshops and Conferences:
    • Plan and execute various workshops and conferences to foster interaction and knowledge sharing between universities and industry.
  7. Launch Annual Conferences:
    • Initiate an annual WEGEMT conference to highlight key developments and strengthen the university-industry network.
  8. Topic-Focused Workshops to Engage Young Researchers:
    • Identify trending research topics to organize targeted workshops that attract and involve young researchers.
    • Determine the specific activities and areas WEGEMT aims to promote to align with industry needs and academic innovation.
