WEGEMT participated in the 38th International Conference on Ocean, Offshore & Arctic Engineering (OMAE) in Glasgow UK on 12 June 2019.
The OMAE 2019 was hosted by the Department of Naval Architecture, Ocean and Marine Engineering at the University of Strathclyde which is one of the premier providers of teaching and research in marine technology, and it currently holds the Chair of WEGEMT.
Mr. George Smyrnakis (Secretary General of WEGEMT) discussed and explained to academics, researchers, industry representatives and other key delegates the research projects in which WEGEMT participates (BE OPEN, MATES, IMPRESSIVE, TRAVISIONS2020, DRIVE2THEFUTURE, SKILLFUL) and the other actions that is leading.
