
The University of Strathclyde, Department of Naval Architecture, Ocean and Marine Engineering invites applications for a fully funded PhD focused on AI-driven energy management of next-generation sustainable ship power plants. This project explores machine learning, digital twins, and health monitoring to optimize low- and zero-carbon fuel systems integrated with energy storage.
Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in naval architecture, marine or mechanical engineering, or related fields, with strong analytical and communication skills.
