Maritime Cyber- Security Centre of Excellence is a center of excellence that operates without legal personality within the Constanta Maritime University, a public university from RomaniaOMANIA.

The Maritime Cyber Security Center of Excellence works with the National Cybersecurity Directorate, Romanian government agencies, and private companies to identify and close skill gaps.

The mission of Maritime Cyber Security Center of Excellence is to increase competitiveness of digital enterprises and the resilience of digital ecosystems by making available various resources and services, designed to aid IT, software and information security improvement.

The Maritime Cyber Security Center of Excellence team has expertise in various aspects of information security – cryptology, secure architectures, secure software development, threat modelling and others.

The Maritime Cyber Security Center of Excellence has real-world experience in various technologies and complex IT systems security, including, but not limited to: Endpoint security, Server security, Industrial Security, Application Security, Cryptography and many others.
