Objectives of the Internship
The primary objective of this internship is to provide hands-on experience in building and executing marketing strategies within a growing startup environment. The intern will support brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement efforts while gaining practical exposure to digital marketing, content creation, and data-driven decision-making. This role is designed to help the intern develop both strategic thinking and execution skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare context.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels
Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, and website/blog
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Support brand positioning and messaging initiatives
Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design) to align marketing efforts
Help manage partnerships, outreach campaigns, and community engagement initiatives

Department / Team
The intern will join the Marketing team at Auroral Care, working closely with the founders, product team, and design collaborators.
