Vicente Díaz-Casas is Associate Professor in the Department of Naval and Oceanic Engineering of the University of A Coruña.
He is currently the Dean of the Escola Politécnica de Enxeñaría de Ferrol of the UDC and Head of the Naval and Oceanic division of the Integrated Group For Engineering Research (www.gii.udc.es).
His research has been developed very close to the industry shipbuilding technology and participated of high number of multi & interdisciplinary research projects. His projects have been focused on the design, installation and maintenance of small ships and offshore structures.
